SHIPPING POLICY

Our Shipping Policy is as follows: We ship to all US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and at this time Canada. We do not offer shipping for international orders currently; we apologize for the inconvenience. All orders will be sent via USPS, FedEx or UPS and can be tracked with the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. If you require any special shipping arrangements, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We take great care in packaging each item securely to ensure safe and prompt delivery.  We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

RETURN POLICY

We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality jewelry. As such, we offer a 30-day return policy for any item purchased from our store. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent with a valid tracking number to ensure the package arrives safely. We are unable to process returns for any items that have been damaged or altered in any way. All transactions are secured and encrypted to ensure the security of your information. To pay with a credit card, simply select the credit card option at the checkout and enter your card details. To pay with PayPal or Apple Pay, please select the respective payment option at checkout and follow the instructions.
